Home will continue from where Living in Cream ended. With less skin and more substance, it will cover my life from 2014 onwards — my volunteer assignment oversees; my moves to Sydney and then Melbourne to work in the mental health field; my gruelling trek through the Himalayas; and all the peaks and valleys in between — a figure of speech made even more fitting by my recent diagnosis with bipolar 2 and attention deficit disorder.
At its heart will be the truth that finding the right way forward often requires returning to what we know to be true within ourselves. As well as elements of our past that we haven’t entirely moved on from. Once again I’ll be sharing my story, but with every intent of helping you on your own journey. Let’s just not call it a self-help book, okay.
